Near-term, there are no real catalysts. The controlling family has managed this entity with a steady hand for generations now and shareholders have done very well, but they don't care too much about the discount. They do pay dividends and buy back stock, which helps.
How resilient are they to the government plan to create a monopoly? Talked to Ackerman's management (owner of Sipef) and I was not totally reassured...
